Luke Sullivan

Luke’s background in recruitment and technology sectors has put him at the forefront of understanding for the blockchain industry. He spent nearly four years at TDA as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, specializing in software engineering, DevOps, and cloud technologies. His extensive experience aligning top-tier talent with enterprise needs perfectly positions him to drive ChainMart’s sales strategy and foster global blockchain adoption.

Matthew Wood-Thatcher

Matthew blends government and private sector experience. As an Intelligence Officer at the National Crime Agency (NCA), he developed expertise in intelligence analysis and risk management. Combined with his keen interest in digital assets and cryptocurrencies, supported by NCA’s internal cryptocurrency courses, this makes him a vital asset in creating high-quality, educational blockchain content. 

Mark Ruse

Mark brings over 25 years of experience in architecture, development, DevOps, and support for high-availability systems. He held leadership roles such as Global Head of Service Development at Tag and Co-Founder & CTO at EntityLink, specializing in bespoke software solutions for SMEs. His technical leadership and contemporary architecture skills keep ChainMart’s platform cutting-edge and robust.
